How to Order

We take orders personally, by email. It only takes a minute:

1. Find the product you want and press Contact Us to Order on its page. Your email app opens with the product name and code already filled in.
2. Add the quantity, your name, shipping address and phone number, and send it.
3. We reply to confirm availability, the total including shipping, and how to pay.
4. Once payment is received we ship your order and email you the tracking details.

Ordering several items? List them all in one email. You can also write to info@vematrail.com directly with the product names or codes (they start with VT-).
