15-day returns

You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of delivery.

How to return an item

1. Email us with your order details and the items you want to return.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the items securely and send them back with a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Items we can't accept

Used, damaged or incomplete items.
