Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders over $50. For smaller orders we'll tell you the shipping cost when we confirm your order.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 3–5 days after dispatch. Large or heavy items can take longer. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it out.
